What data we ask for
Only what you fill in yourself. We collect nothing more: there is no tracking code of any kind on this website.
- Contact form: your name, your email address and your question
- Booking request: in addition, your phone number, date of birth, address, postcode and town, the chosen dates, the number of people, children and dogs, and your comments
What we use it for
To answer your question and handle your booking. We do not use your data for advertising and do not pass it on to others.
Who else sees it
- Resend sends the email from the form to us and the copy to you. This takes place on servers within the European Union, in Ireland
- Cloudflare hosts this website and in doing so processes technical data such as your IP address
Cookies
This website sets no cookies, does not measure visits and uses no trackers. That is why you also see no cookie notice.
How long we keep it
Your request stays in our mailbox for as long as we need it for your booking and the administration afterwards.
Your rights
You may ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. An email to info@vrijaanhetwater.nl is enough. If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
