Arrival and departure
You can arrive on any day of the week. We prefer Friday, because the weekly price runs from Friday to Friday, but it isn't required.
- Arrival from 4 pm
- Departure between 10.30 and 11 am, no later
- Is the previous guest leaving on your arrival day? Then it is a changeover day: the cleaning takes place in between
- You check in yourself using the key safe, so you don't have to keep anyone waiting
- Arriving earlier or leaving later is only possible by arrangement, for an hourly surcharge and if the calendar allows
- If you arrive early or leave late, you can leave your luggage with us
Who can stay
- The house sleeps a maximum of ten people
- The main tenant is at least 30 years old
- You stay a minimum of two nights
Dogs
Dogs are welcome, up to six of them, and there is plenty of room to let them run free. More than six is possible by arrangement and for a fee. We don't accept other pets.
Smoking, parties and noise
- No smoking indoors; smoking outside is allowed
- Parties and events are not permitted
- No noise nuisance after 11 pm — sound carries far across the water
What the price includes
Gas, water and electricity are included in the rent for normal use. The following items also apply:
- Bed linen and towels: €20 per person, optional and to be hired in advance
- Final cleaning: €150, mandatory
- Administration fee: €50 in 2026, €25 in 2027
- Tourist tax: €1.65 per person per night
- Deposit: €200, which you get back after your stay
How a request works
You send a request through this website and immediately receive a copy in your inbox. A request is not yet a booking: Paulien will contact you personally and confirm with an invoice. Payment and cancellation are agreed at the time of that confirmation.
